We continue to practice our counting, adding and subtracting around here. I want Emma to get a head start on these skills before she even enters kindergarten next year. We need some more ideas to help make it a fun game instead of a stressful experience, which is why I’m always looking on pinterest and to other moms for tips and advice.
I recently shared details of Zorbit’s Math Adventure contest. There are some exciting prizes up for grabs, and all for sharing tips that can help other parents teach their preschoolers (age 3-5) about math! Well now we are entering phase 2 of this exciting contest. Their early education professionals selected the most creative entries and now it’s time for you to vote! You can be one of three people who will win a $100 gift card just for voting!
Vote once a day now thru Friday, August 9, 2013 for an entry into the drawing to increase your chances of winning. From your votes three winners will be chosen to win:
- $200 gift card, third prize
- iPad mini, second prize
- iPad, grand prize
Zorbit’s Math Adventure will soon be available in the app store so that you and your preschooler can start playing and learning on your iPad or iPhone!
The purpose of this contest is to spread the word about the importance of early childhood learning. Our client, Best Boy Entertainment, will be introducing an iOS app for children age 3 – 5 in August called Zorbit’s Math Adventure. We will be posting the best ideas on creative home learning as part of the contest and also sharing ideas from moms for encouraging learning all year long.
The content for this post was sourced from Best Boy Entertainment, online resources and family traditions.
I have been compensated for my efforts, but all opinions are my own.

I’m terrible at math, so anything that helps my kids is ok by me.
