When I’m invited to a baby shower, I always try to give a gift that’s unique. Something the mom-to-be doesn’t even know she wanted until the moment she lays her eyes on it. Knowing you surprised the recipient with a great gift is the best feeling.

Last Sunday I attended a shower for my friend Lisa, who is expecting her first child, a baby boy in October. I decided to put together a basket featuring a few of items she’d need as a mom-to-be. A feeding and diapering journal, a photo frame for baby’s first year, a children’s book and some clothing. Among all of the gifts, the Eat. Sleep. Poop. onesie from Zoe and Sprout was the big hit.

It’s a really cute onesie that is sure to get a lot of laughs, because let’s face it – that’s all babies do in the beginning. But aside from that I noticed it was top quality as well. Sometimes it’s either-or when it comes to novelty tees, but this is an exception.
