Chances are you’ve already heard of Wilton, an industry leader in cake decorating. The company has been around for over 80 years! Wilton products are available in many brick-and-mortar stores, and I didn’t know this myself until recently, but you can also shop directly with Wilton through their website. You’ll also find a lot of helpful baking tips and other advice there, to use with or without Wilton tools.
For my first little experiment, I made chocolate covered potato chips. To buy these in a store would cost a fortune, and they were so easy to make. I just dipped each chip into the pot and let them cool on parchment paper. You can use pretzels or fruit, even cake and cookies. The options are endless. I can’t wait to use the Chocolate Pro™ to make candy for Easter.
