Wilton Chocolate Pro™ Electric Chocolate Melter – Giveaway!

By Heather

Contest Closed
Chances are you’ve already heard of Wilton, an industry leader in cake decorating.  The company has been around for over 80 years!  Wilton products are available in many brick-and-mortar stores, and I didn’t know this myself until recently, but you can also shop directly with Wilton through their website.  You’ll also find a lot of helpful baking tips and other advice there, to use with or without Wilton tools.

I’m a chocolate addict lover, and when the Chocolate Pro™ Electric Chocolate Melter and melting chocolates arrived at my door, I just about melted!  The melter is so easy to use.  I was expecting to have to fill the base with water just as you would with a double boiler on a stove, but it didn’t even require that.  Just add your chocolate to the non-stick pot and turn it on.  I was amazed at how easy it was.

For my first little experiment, I made chocolate covered potato chips.  To buy these in a store would cost a fortune, and they were so easy to make.  I just dipped each chip into the pot and let them cool on parchment paper.  You can use pretzels or fruit, even cake and cookies.  The options are endless.  I can’t wait to use the Chocolate Pro™ to make candy for Easter.
