Wholesale Halloween Costumes Review

By Heather

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. On what other occasion do you get to dress up, act silly and eat copious amounts of candy?

It’s so much fun seeing the joy in childrens’ faces as they transform into their favorite characters and prance around the neighborhood. Every year I struggle over having to leave the house to do our own Trick-Or-Treating and staying home to hand out the candy. I want to do both!

This year Emma wants to be Snow White – and she will be. But I’m hoping for one of the holiday events that she’ll agree to be something different, because she was Snow White last year. While looking through the girls costumes, I found the Princess Leia costume and almost died. I thought it would be great to coordinate the kids and make Ryan Yoda!

I showed the Princess Leia costume to Emma and she liked it. It includes a cool wig, who wouldn’t dig that? When it arrived, I couldn’t wait to get it on her. She makes a good Leia right?

Sadly, there was an issue with the costume. It has a hole in it on the back which was disappointing. I suspect someone wore it or tried in on and returned it. I say this because there was some packaging in this package from another Star Wars-themed costume. I’ve reached out to the rep for Wholesale Halloween Costumes but have not received a reply  yet. I’m going to try calling tomorrow and will update the review to let you know what happened.

Until then, have a safe, happy Halloween!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Are there any other reviews within the last year? I made a large amount of orders and I haven’t heard from them yet. Trying to solve this situation but with no response from them it’s really frustrating.

Did you call them? You can call your credit card company and have them hold payment.

Yes I have called 4 times. They told me to call during the weekend. Is this company in operation? I had gone in today and it says permanently closed.

Wholesale Halloween is very unreliable and unprofessional. First off i ordered and payed for my item only to receive an email informing me my item was on backorder. In that email they gave me a date that it would be shipped. When that date rolled around i called to make sure my costume was going to be shipped out. Of course, it wasn’t. They said that there was a delay and did not know when it would be shipped. So then i just asked to simply cancel my order and get my refund. Well here it is 3 weeks later and every time i call they are still giving me the run around about why i have yet to receive my refund. Oh and not to mention that i found the exact same costume at a party store 10$ cheaper. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THE SCUMS!!!!!!!!!!

DISGUSTING!! I ordered a Geisha costume and what I got was absolute junk. To begin with the make-up I received was expired and the wig I received was defective since the one size fits all that was on the packaging would not even fit a child. I called about the make-up and they refunded the money but did not offer to send me a fresh new set of makeup. I returned the wig only to be told when I followed up that they would not honor the return. I spoke with RAY and WHITNEY who refused to give me my money back and the kept the wig. This thievery is deplorable and I urge everyone reading this to look elsewhere when buying a Halloween Costume. The 25 minutes I endured trying to rationalize with them over $13.90 was only met by a refusal to do anything. If you care about quality and customer service please shop somewhere else.

    where should i start?

ordered my costume 3 weeks in advance for an event i was attending and received an incomplete costume AND the wrong size. they promised to send me another i waitied…and waited…and waited and finally called and asked where my costume was and (not surprisingly_ there hadnt even been an order placed for my replacement. i had to purchase another costume and they promised over night shipping. when the delivery came, i opened the box and ta-da a HAT! (is this some kind of sick joke?) called AGAIN and spoke to the VERY rude supervisors and they promise, once again that they would ship it out by saturday morning. ON SATURDAY morning, i call to confirm and once AGAIN…my costume wasnt shipped. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. IT MAY BE A LITTLE CHEAPER THAN OTHER WEBSITES BUT IF YOU NEED A COSTUME DELIVERED TO YOU ON TIME. GO ELSEWHERE.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY ANYONE. i am so upset and i hope this company rots.

spoke with supervisers CHRIS, GLORIA AND YARA and all of them were extremely rude, obviously didnt care about my issue or gettin my costume or refund to me at the time promised.

Wholesale Halloween is a very unreliable company. With over two weeks to spare and extra payment to ensure my products were delivered in time for a huge Halloween party, they were never delivered. Spoke with several employees and in the end barely got an apology. There are better companies out there and better people who deserve your business. Shop carefully.
