I absolutely love shopping for my daughter. It started the day I found out I was having a girl and my passion hasn’t wavered since. She’s tough on her clothes, so I will pick up the basics at department stores on occassion, but it bugs me when we’re out and see 2-3 other girls wearing the same outfit.

I just melt when I see adult clothing styles on children and this look is just that. Your little girl will need her own pearls to go with.
Finally, my favorite is the Aida dress. This hand embroidered broderie anglaise dress. The details are exquisite and remind me of the dresses girls would wear at the turn of the century. You just don’t find beautiful clothes like this in a store anymore. But you can find it online, thankfully.

I have an almost 8 year old that would love these dresses. Especially if she had one to match her doll, she would be so excited.
