Fall is absolutely my favorite season. I love the weather, the upcoming holidays, and the fact that my work billing year is coming to an end! Here are some other things i’m loving this month:
I’m usually not a fan of “healthy” chips like these, but I tried the Garden Ranch variety with lunch the other day and i’m hooked. I get excited when I find them at my local places. Sometimes you just need some carbs, so these are a good choice. I may have to pick some up in bulk!
I’m a big fan of Etsy.com. I love supporting small businesses, plus I have found some super cute things on there! I initially saw this gold initial bar necklace on another blog, and it is a steal at only $42.00. I bought one in the matte finish, I have been wearing almost every day. It’s very dainty and unique. It’s a nice alternative from my Helen Ficalora charm necklace. I think this bar necklace would be an adorable gift for a mom. I’ve already received a ton of compliments on it.
Bravo’s Real Housewives
I’m addicted to all things Bravo. If you are too, then you understand. If you don’t watch the Real Housewives franchise, you should start. Pick a city, any city. I watch them all, clearly. Usually they do one city at a time. Currently, Bravo is airing Real Housewives of Miami, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Real Housewives of Atlanta. And I love it…
My cousin, Jane, is a stay-at-home mom for two adorable kids and decided to open her own business, Fancy Jane Party Favors. Her creativity is inspiring and I love checking out her new projects.
I don’t know about you, but with young kids it’s really hard to make sure that all of the “stuff” finds its place. My latest issue was the coats strewn about the table/chairs/floor. Jane graciously made this ADORABLE coat rack for Caroline. Not only is it in Caroline’s favorite color, she loves using it!
If you’re interested in a completely unique, personalized gift, here are just a few of her adorable gifts and favors. Be sure to like her on Facebook to get updates and help her business grow.
I’ve quickly learned that sometimes we need a strategy to keep Caroline occupied when we’re out in public, specifically at restaurants. This app is great and it’s only $.99. It’s really easy for a young toddler to learn how to use and it’s educational, letting the child point to the images.
There you have it! Have a happy thanksgiving!
