Sun-Maid Dried Fruits – Review

By Heather

sunmaid_logo
I love finding healthy snack foods to reach for when I’ve got the munchies.  Admit it ladies, we can get lazy when we’re hungry and head for the chips and dip instead of slicing up a fresh apple.  I can’t even count the number of times that I’ve spoiled my dinner by eating snacks while cooking it.  That can’t be it just me?
Dried fruits are a life-saver, because they’re nicely packaged and ready for snacking with no work involved.  Sun-Maid makes the yummiest, juiciest dried fruits in the form of  convenient re-sealable packages.
products_mixed_fruit_l The Mixed Fruit by Sun-Maid is simply delicious.  It’s figure friendly with figure-friendly, fiber-rich fruits like sweet apricots, moist plums, tasty pears, and tart apples.
Sun-Maid suggests that you cal also cook and bake with these dried fruits, but my favorite way to enjoy them is right out of the bag!
choc_yogurtThe other delicious product my family tried was the Chocolate-covered  yogurt raisins.  They’re low-fat, but don’t taste so, and everyone in my house eats them like they’re going out of style.  Lucky for us, I don’t think they ever will.
You kind find all of Sun-Maid’s products in your local grocery store or anywhere else healthy snacks are sold.
No compensation was received for this post, but I did receive the product samples in order to facilitate my review.  All of the opinions above are 100% my own.
