Recently I became concerned about the bath products I’d been using for Emma since she was born. Some of the info I received was alarming, so I vowed to only use organic products on my children’s skin from here on out. I’ve always been into products, so this was exciting too; I knew I’d be trying lots of new things in the realm of organic goodies.
But the more I tried, the more disappointed I was with the fact that I couldn’t find the fresh scents we were used to. And the lack of soap suds was a real bummer. I don’t know what it is, but I need to see suds so that I know I’m getting everything cleaned and rinsed properly.
When I heard about Circle of Friends® I thought the company had a very interesting to mission: To help children become familiarized with the world they live in. Each bottle depicts friends from different parts of the world, including interesting facts about where they live. When they requested a review, I knew I’d want to try their organic line.
We received the Shampoo & Body Wash, Gentle Detangler, Cooling Spray Lotion and Calming Cream (not pictured). I was very impressed with the Shampoo and Body Wash. Not only has it become my go-to all-in-one bath product for both of the kids, but it smells fresh and lemony and this is one shampoo that gives me what I love, suds!
The Gentle Detangler works great too. Just spray and comb those nasty knots away. My daughter loves this especially because it no longer hurts when I brush her wet hair.
The Cooling Spray Lotion works great after a day in the sun. I’ve been using this on myself too for when I got a little too much sun or when my skin is dry. It goes on light and moisturizes really well. This one has a medicinal scent to it.
Ryan suffers from eczema and I’ve been using the Calming Cream on his skin after baths and I love it’s non-greasy formula. I love that all of these products are free of synthetic dyes and fragrance, parabens, sulfates and petroleum. Yay Circle of Friends! Each product is available on the site for $13 a piece, and there’s free products on any order over $11 – that’s a great deal!
One lucky reader will win a whole slew of products from Circle of Friends®!
