By Heather

Stock Up on these Back to School NecessitiesWhether you’re enrolled in K-12, a college student or parent of either, there are items you will need to get the new year started right. We shopped for our school supply list back in August, but there are still more supplies we’ll need during this new season.

The school year is a fresh start, a new opportunity to do thing differently. To learn from the previous year’s mistakes. Our hope is to be organized so that we can all do our best this year – whatever our responsibilities are.

As a mom of 4 this is a good list to have as I have a college Sophomore, Hs Freshman, 5th grader and preschool who just started school and there will be things that they will need the whole year round as they attend the school year.

That Alkamind looks like something I would need. Sometimes, the stress can make me turn towards fast food fare. I need these 27 superfoods in my diet. Glad that it is all in one convenient sachet.
