I’m no stranger to Ergo Chef.  Ever since the 8” Pro Series Chef Knife entered my kitchen last November, I refuse to use any other knife for food prep.  My slicing and dicing skills are much improved when I actually use a good knife like this one.

The designs are eye-catching, and I couldn’t wait to give them a whirl.  Especially the Dragon Dagger. This knife has a serrated edge so I knew right off the bat it was going to be great for slicing bread, rolls, and sandwiches.  It’s on the small side so I’ve also used it for cutting everything that we dress our sandwiches with like lettuce, onion and tomato.  The fork tip is great for picking up and moving around the items you cut – I really feel like a pro using this knife.

The Knuckle Sandwich Chef Knife also dubbed “Big Stick” is very much like the Pro Series Chef Knife that I love.  Great for chopping firm vegetables and fruits for daily dinner prep.  But this version has a crusher on the end to help you easily mash your garlic.

I’m a big fan for several reasons: The patriotic design on the handles, the ergonomic user-friendly shapes, and plainly, how well they work.  The knives come packaged in custom insulated packaging along with edge guards for safety.
