Sending a Message in Bottle–For Real! (Urbanity Studios Review and $25 Gift Card Giveaway)

By Heather

Winner – Allison G.

The concept of sending a message in a bottle has always appealed to me.  How fun would it be to collect a long lost letter from the sea?  Since it most likely will never happen, I found the next best thing at UrbanityStudios.

With the Message in a Bottle stationery and invitations, you can guarantee that your message is not only delivered to the recipient of your choosing, but the message inside will read loud and clear.  I only wish I knew about these when I was planning our wedding at the seashore.  Or can you imagine sending a resume via bottle?  You’d definitely stand out from the other applicants!

This truly is one of the most clever ideas I have come across.  You just write your message, roll and tie the paper with the ribbon, seal with the cork and drop it in your mailbox.  I chose the Retro pattern – it looked to be the most beach-y of all of them.  The paper quality is impressive, and the peel-and-stick address labels make it so user friendly. I can’t wait to send my first message in a bottle!

For $3.99 a piece, I’d much rather send a message in a bottle over a fancy greeting card.  There are additional fill options available at a $.33 per bottle fee.  Choose between rose petals, sand or feathers or you can add your own special touch.

UrbanityStudios is an online stationery company offering exclusive designs for wedding invitation, birthday invitations, birth announcements and thank you cards.  The message in a bottle options are truly unique.
