Scrape kid gunk clean with Scrigit Scrapers (Review and Giveaway)

By Heather

Anyone who has kids knows how messy they are. My two are no exception. They seem to leave a trail of filth and destruction wherever they go. When it comes to sticky food remnants, the kitchen table and the carseat are in the most disgusting shape by far.

Speaking of the kitchen table, ours is the worst. It has two deep grooves running across the top and every single crumb and spill gets stuck in there. The table was purchased before the kids came along, so I’m chalking it up to one of the many things we didn’t think think ahead on. No matter what we do, we just can’t get in there to clean that channel of all of the grime that has become stuck there. We have used our fingers, wipes, pencils, you name it but we finally found a product that truly works, the Scrigit Scraper.

The rounded tip of the Scrigit is designed to act like a fingernail and is best for curved surfaces, small spots and crevices and adhesive labels. The flat edge is helpful on flat surfaces and larger areas. I used it to clean up the sticky kitchen table gunk that I could not remove by simply scrubbing. The Scrigit worked wonderfully and all while keeping the surface intact!

Kids love to slap stickers on everything, don’t they? Well the Scrigit just helped me remove a bunch of stickers from the kids’ play table in the basement. Normally the sticker removing process can be quite daunting and time consuming; not so with this handy scraper! This would also work well for removing adhesive labels from products and jars.

This versatile pen-shaped cleaning tool can be used to quickly and effectively clean dried food, candle wax, dirt, latex paint splatters, and adhesive stickers and labels. The small size and shape make it practical to and easy to keep on hand. Store one in the glovebox, another in the kitchen drawer or craft workshop – it’s even compact enough to carry in your purse! This is one of our favorite products that is made in the U.S.A.

Scrigit Scrapers are sold in 2-packs for $6.99 and 5-packs for $9.99. They are available online at www.scrigit-scraper.com, hardware stores in over 40 states, and also on Amazon.

This looks like a super useful tool. I tend to get odd sticky gunks on my floors that are hard to scrape off with my fingernails.

These would be great. My daughters “drop” stickers on the wood floor which are horrible to get off

I can think of millions of places and ways to use these tools to clean and degunk. I could carry them around with me all the time.

These would be great to have. My father in law moved in with us after his stroke and he chews nicorette gum all day long. We often find pieces of it stuck places he leaves it.

Oh my gosh! I need these. My kids got wax all over my kitchen counters messing with a wax warmer. They also make a huge mess on our dining table and I currently clean it with a scraper, but some of the finish is starting to come off the table. Maybe the rounded end of the Scrigit would be gentler on that surface.
