Save Big on Events Using ScoreBig!

By Jennifer

I love going to to live events, I just don’t have as much time to do so when I do it’s a treat!  The problem is that I never plan far enough ahead and seem to miss out on great deals or ideal seats.  Luckily, there are companies that reserve seats and handle all the purchasing guesswork for you – and I just found out about a great one, ScoreBig.

ScoreBig.com enables consumers to get great tickets for live sports, concert and theater events – at guaranteed savings of up to 60 percent. ScoreBig.com customers pick their own price on seats from the floor to the rafters, always pay less than box office price, and never pay any fees.

A quick visit to ScoreBig.com and I was on my way to purchasing tickets.  The website has all of the great tickets for sports, concerts, theater, Broadway, family shows, and attractions in your area.  Not only do you get to “bid” on the tickets, there are no fees and there is free delivery.

I decided I wanted to see a concert with my husband for about $100 (for 2 tickets) – I picked two shows that were playing in my area in June and went to bidding!  It’s really simple to figure out – there is a sliding scale that shows the probability that your bid will be accepted.

I think the scale was pretty accurate as all the bids I made with low probability on the scale were denied, but ultimately I was able to get 2 tickets to a show for exactly $100 (with no fees or shipping charge – my tickets were emailed to me)  and I knew immediately that my bid was accepted and which seats we would be in.  All in all it was a really easy transaction and i’ll be sure to use the website again – why pay full price?!

That would be awesome here in Boston. The ticket prices, esp for sporting events, is outrageous.
