Last week over Spring break the kids and I took another trip to Save-a-Lot just to see what they have to offer. This store has a little bit of everything. I was even able to find a few specialty items that I needed for a recipe post I was working on.
We’ve been to Save-a-Lot for groceries a few times and I guess I was too food-focused to notice the bath and beauty items, but they actually have a decent section for all of your needs. Immediately I noticed the bright and fun Suave kids items.
The Suave 2-in one shampoo and conditioner and the detangler spray both smell so good thanks to the green apple scent. My daughter has very tangly hair so she needs a light conditioner for her hair during bath time. Of course kids don’t like having to rinse there hair so having an all-in-one product is helpful and just makes bath time easier all around.
Then it was time for some products for moi. I don’t feel clean without first washing with soap. Save-a-Lot had a great selection of Dove beauty soaps. I love that they’re also gentle enough to use on the save, and that baby-fresh scent smells so good and clean.
My skin is so dry after this winter, so I normally follow with a moisturizing body wash. This Caress silk wash fits the bill, and the blossom scent is so lovely and refreshing.
I blow out my hair maybe two times per week. It’s not that my hair is very thick, but I have a lot of it so it takes some time to fully dry even with my powerful hairdryer. After I style and dry my hair I need something to help hold the style and make it last. I love this Suave max hold aerosal hairspray.
I love having a one-stop shop for everything from produce to shampoo while saving a few dollars.

There are actually two Save-a-Lot stores near me! I just recently realized they had a health & beauty section. The prices are awesome!

These deals are awesome. Beauty products have been getting very expensive recently and it is nice to be able to save some money on my favorite products.

No Sav-a-lots in my area, unfortunately, but I can see why you’d do so well shopping there!
