Do you look for “Made in the USA” on the products you buy? I look, but it’s almost never there. Now at a time of war and a struggling economy, our country needs us more than ever.
Many US companies outsource and most everything is manufactured in China or India these days. Even the high-end brands outsource. I’d love it if companies would stop outsourcing and US companies would keep the jobs here, or bring them back.
As consumers, we can help by supporting US products and brands. If nobody buys foreign goods, there won’t be a market for it. We can influence what gets put out on the shelves.
But it can be overwhelming to try and seek out US made products. To this end, I have put together a collection of brands and products, all US made. The “Made in the USA” blog event will begin on June 27th.
