Over the past four plus years, I’ve stuck with either one of the two major diaper brands. Last year I purchased a popular value brand just to see if I was overspending on diapers and as it turned out I wasn’t. They were terrible! They were a complete waste so I returned to our normal brands after that.
I have tried Rite Aid’s Tugaboos before, and I didn’t even realize it until I opened the package of Tugaboos I received the other day. I recognized the illustration on the front of the diaper and it all came back to me. I was out and about with Emma a few years ago when I realized that I had forgotten diapers so I stopped at Rite Aid just to get something inexpensive to use for the day. The Rite Aid brand was the value deal, so I grabbed them out of desperation. Surprisingly, I ended up really liking them. For the price, the quality was very impressive.
I decided to do a side-by-side comparison between the Tugaboos and the diapers we are currently using. Below you’ll see the Tugaboos on the left. The first feature I noticed was that the Tugaboos were unscented. This is a personal preference thing, but I like the unscented version because my little guy has sensitive skin. The other stand-out to me was that the Tugaboos are much thicker than the other diaper.
Rite Aid Tugaboos diapers have recently been improved for added leakage protection and faster absorption. Some of the key features of Tugaboos diapers include:
- Soft stretchable waist & side panels
- Excellent leakage protection
- Hypoallergenic inner liner
- Cottony soft feel
