As kids grow, it gets harder and harder to convince them to munch on fruit over cookies and candy.  Raisins are one of the few snacks Emma still enjoys, but for how much longer?

As for the candy factor, they have a delicious sour coating.  When I first heard of Raisels, I thought of my daughter.  She loves to snack on raisins and it’s one of very few healthy foods that she still enjoys.  But I quickly discovered, that while she loves chocolate candy and sweet lollipops, she does not yet yearn for sour candy.

But I do.  I’ve been known to munch on lemons, and with Raisels I get to satisfy my candy cravings without blowing my diet.   It’s a healthy snack that I can even incorporate into the Nutrisystem plan.
