The holiday season is coming up and the stress always gets my system out of sync. These look like something I could use.
I have GERD and my husband has digestive problems, we haven’t gone the probiotic route yet but perhaps we should since I have heard so many positive things about it. I know that we travel internationally and that always plays havoc with our systems for a few weeks until things get adjusted so this might be a big help.
