I have tried a few different brands of Probiotics and some are better than others for me. I think everyone is so different as to what they need. I have gut issues so I continue to search for products that may help (since there is no cure or one pill you can take). Diet is a huge factor as well. I’d love to try this particular brand since it seems very affordable.
