Premier Tech Support for Your Smart Phone

By Heather

This post was sponsored by Asurion as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central.

asurionIf you want to get me excited about a gift, buy me a fun new gadget. Technology is where it’s at for many people this holiday season whether you’re a child or an adult. We are an apple family and we love our apple products: the iMac, iPad and iPhones get a lot of use in our house. The problem is, we know we don’t use our gadgets to their full potential. I’m not one to read the entire manual or do extensive research. Who has time for that?

I know we can’t be the only family in this predicament. It’s nice to be able to just ask someone for help. Instead of bugging cousin Joe who works in IT, there is a place we can go for help. Whether you want to know how to set up parental controls or print a document from your phone, Asurion Premier Support can provide the answers.

The holidays are approaching, and many households will have at least one new gadget or smart device under the tree. Asurion customers can take advantage of free support from a knowledgeable team of specialists ready to help with those technological obstacles.

Partnering with the country’s leading wireless carriers, Asurion is the leading provider of connected life services, which includes device protection on all your favorite electronics from cellphones, tablets and laptops to gaming consoles and speakers.

One feature I have never taken advantage of is iCloud storage. It’s not for lack of trying, either. I just can’t seem to get myself logged in for some reason. So many people use it and talk about how great it is, and for people like my husband who like to have mobile access to all family photos while on the go it would be especially useful to have. As it is now, he refuses to take photos off of his phone and it’s gotten to the point where he can’t take any more photos because of storage constraints. No bueno.

So I connected with Asurion Premier Support for help. After chatting with an experienced agent named Brittany, we were finally able to resolve this ongoing issue. It feels great to learn something new that’s been bugging me for so long. No longer will we have to worry about losing precious family photos if one of our devices breaks or is lost.

Asurion Premier Support, available through your wireless carrier. For Verizon customers, the product is called Total Mobile Protection, for AT&T customers, it is called Pro Tech Support and for Sprint customers, Total Equipment Protection.

What kind of tech question would you like help with?

I know over the course of the several years there have been quite a few times when I could have used this service. I am not very tech savvy and become easily frustrated when I can’t figure it out right away.

This does sound like a great service. We will definitely have a few electronics under the tree this year so we should look more into this!
