Power Bowls: Making Healthy Choices for Women’s Health Month

Earlier this year, I had a major health scare which resulted in surgery. It was a challenging time for our family and for me it was a wake-up call of sorts. Even though this particular ailment was beyond the scope of my control, there are other health issues I’m facing that are. As the weather turns warmer, I find myself getting outside and giving my body the exercise that it needs and my mind the boost that it deserves. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned about being healthy it’s that it’s 90% what I put into my body. Exercise is very important as well, but I think that food has the edge here.

Convenience and health do not always go hand in hand. We are busy people in our family and being on the run so much can be detrimental to our health. So I love to share when I find new products and tools that can help change that around the way that Healthy Choice Power Bowls do.
