Pillsbury Simply Biscuits and Breads {Review & Prize Pack Giveaway}

When I was asked to try the new Simply breads from Pillsbury, I couldn’t refuse.  Bread and butter are two of my best friends.  I found the Buttermilk Biscuits and the Rustic French Bread in the dairy section of my supermarket, right by the slice-and-bake cookies.

The new biscuits and bread pair well with soups and stews, especially during the winter months when everyone craves comfort food. Pillsbury simply…Biscuits & Bread are the perfect solution for moms who are busier than ever, but still want to nurture those they love with warm, homemade meals they can feel good about serving. Simply…Biscuits & Bread are made with wholesome ingredients, including flour, buttermilk and sugar. They also contain zero grams of trans fat, no high fructose corn syrup and no artificial colors or flavors.

The Buttermilk Biscuits are irresistible.  Emma concurs.  I like that they bake up in a quick 15 minutes, and I can easily fit that into my schedule.

The Rustic French Bread takes a bit longer to bake at close to a half an hour.  I don’t have a double oven so this is a little more difficult to serve with a hot meal.   But it is oh so yummy.
