When it comes to shaving I look to take the easiest, quickest, and most painless path. I’m always looking for better, faster, cheaper. I was given the opportunity to try new Philips Norelco Click & Style electric shaving kit and I was excited to give it a whirl because I’m tired of my ordinary painful razors. I find myself buying disposable razors at $7 for a pack and after I use them once they get very dull and subsequently my beard becomes full of blood spots.
For me, quality, ease of use and shaving quickly and closely are most important. I like the Philips Norelco Click & Style because of the smaller size and flexibility of using with or without water or gel. Everyone’s skin type is different so you would have to determine what works best for you. Personally, I like the gel, my shaves have been clean, smooth and quick. I think Philips Norelco Click & Style works slightly better with shorter hairs as opposed to not shaving for a few days which causes slightly more irritation. Also, I love the fact I don’t lose a pint of blood. Another huge plus is that the accessories are easily interchangeable. I have tried other electric shavers in the past but none were as comfortable and easy to use as this one.
The Click & Style shaver is light weight, which has its plusses and minuses. I wonder why they went with only two blades as opposed to the three blades that are on a typical Norelco electric razor head. In my opinion if they had three heads it would cut down on shaving time as well. The two blades are effective, but three would be better.
After using it many times, I believe this is a good quality product. I think the Philips Norelco Click & Style would be perfect for traveling and handling daily shaves. It retails $69.99, but I saw it on Amazon for ten dollars less.
