Giveaway! (ARV $200) Philips Avent Digital Baby Monitor and Nighttime Pacifiers

By Jennifer

Samples received for consideration.

There are certain brands that I have come to respect when we are talking about innovative baby products, and Philips Avent is definitely one of them.   I love trying out new products for my girls, and sharing my new finds with my family and friends – and you! Here are some great new products from Philips Avent that may make you update your wish lists or give you gift ideas.

Philips Avent Digital Video Monitor SCD603 (msrp $219.99)

SCD603_10-RTP-global-001

Philips Avent has a new Digital monitor that is very high tech and also sleek in design.  The hand-hold unit features a large 2.4” color video screen and 500 ft. range for freedom of movement.  Rotating camera and infra-red night vision provides the best view of baby, day or night.  You can also feel safe using it with a secure connection via 2.4 GHz digital and DECT technology.

The quality is really good on this monitor – so clear it’s like you are watching TV. The monitor is also lightweight with a belt clip to attach to your clothing.  I also happen to really like the black and blue colors and easy to use buttons.

My favorite part is the the self-activating screen and volume which will switch on when your baby starts crying – genius! Lullabies and night light also help lull baby to sleep (and stay asleep).  I’ll take all the help I can!

Philips Avent Nighttime Pacifier ($5.99)

SCF176_18-RTP-global-001

Both our kids used pacifiers (“binkies”) and they were clutch at certain times, specifically nighttime.  The Philps Avent Nighttime pacifiers’ Glow-in-the-dark security ring allows parents to locate pacifier in the dark without waking baby- or for the baby to find the pacifier themselves! The collapsible nipple works with the natural development of a baby’s teeth and gums. Different color options and comes in a set of two for $5.99.  All Philips AVENT pacifiers are made of silicone and are taste and odor-free.

I love that it has a belt clip, as i’m usually always moving around the house while she’s sleeping, and i get way more done if i have my hands free lol. But of course the most important feature to me is the secure connection! nothing scarier than knowing some people can hack into these monitor connections!
