Spring is finally here, and although Mother Nature hasn’t exactly been cooperating lately, we’re looking forward to the warm weather that we know will eventually be on its way. But you still need to be prepared even after cold and flu season comes to a close. If you’ve ever had a cold in the summer, you know what I’m talking about.
Pfizer Pediatric Platform
Thankfully the Pfizer Pediatric Platform is now available to help parents not only treat illnesses but to prevent them. In the past few weeks there have been some nasty viruses going around and mostly recently my oldest had strep. I was so thankful for the Children’s Advil we had stockpiled before cold and flu season began.
We use Children’s Advil® to ease those aches and pains while reducing the fever fast for kids age 2-11. Children’s Advil® comes in several great-tasting flavors, including: Sugar-free Dye-free Berry, Bubble Gum, Grape, Blue Raspberry, Fruit and Dye-Free White Grape flavors. When the kids were under the age of two, we relied on Infants’ Advil® White Grape for quick pain and fever in a non-staining formula.
Formulated just for kids, Children’s Robitussin® DM Day/Night Pack (Children’s Robitussin® Cough & Chest Congestion and Children’s Robitussin® Nighttime Cough) non-drowsy daytime formula helps break up chest congestion, while the long-acting nighttime formula relieves coughs and runny noses to help kids get the rest they need.
All in a great tasting grape flavor, Children’s Dimetapp® Cold & Cough tackles a child’s most bothersome stuffy and runny noses, all while working to relieve cough.
Please remember: It is important to always read and keep the cartons for complete warnings and dosing information on Pfizer Pediatric Platform products. Use products as directed on product packaging. Find all of the above Pfizer Pediatric Platform products at Target.

I am the mother of seven grandchildren and six adult children. In our house, there were three things you always did starting when you were very small. Washed your hands whenever you came inside with soap and warm water, carry kleenex with you and always stay home if you are sick to sleep and recover.

We do a lot of hand washing to prevent catching colds. We cope with lots of fluids and popsicles.

I try to keep my kids from getting sick by giving them vitamins everyday and making sure they wash their hands often

We focus on hand washing and good foods and water, my daughter turns into a cuddlebug when she’s sick so reading books and talking is great for soothing her.
