There is never a shortage of snacks in this house. We like to munch on crunchy chips and such, and when I was contacted by reps of Pasta Chips, I was curious. Pasta? In a chip? Commence immediate flashback of my six year old self trying to eat raw pasta.
I had to know what Pasta Chips tasted like. And no, it’s not at all like eating raw pasta. I would liken them to eating crackers with the flavor of pasta. They’re made with semolina wheat, made from real pasta and baked. They contain 60% less fat than potato chips, 20% less than pita.
Pasta chips come in five different flavors: sea salt, marinara, olive oil, alfredo and spicy tomato herb.
My favorite thing to eat with them is bruschetta – yum! These are great all on their own too. I saw them recently in my local grocery store and we’re almost all out so I’m planning on picking some more up next shopping trip!
