Have you ever tried meditation? Doctors have asked me to consider it because I tend to have a high stress-level which causes lots of health problems including heart palpitations, chest pains, and more. The symptoms of stress can mimic those of heart disease. The problem is that life is so busy that we rarely have time to relax and de-stress.
What many people may not realize is that it takes just minutes a day to clear your mind and reverse the effects of life on our mind and body. I’d heard of meditation, but I assumed that this was something I’d have to take a class for or that would take an hour out of my day. Not so.
In support of the theory that there’s an app for just about anything, I found an app for meditation. It’s called OMG. I Can Meditate! In just about 10 minutes a day, any person no matter what age or or experience level, can learn meditation techniques with a simple tap on the app using an iPad or iPhone.
Lynne Goldberg is your personal meditation coach. She walks you through the process step by step and provides pointers along the way. She is a certified meditation coach and is the app co-founder. She is also a published author. Ms. Goldberg turned to meditation when her own life was spiraling out of control, and now she helps others stay calm and balanced despite the stress.
This meditation app is so easy to use. You can choose from three different lengths. The longer your meditation session, the more silence is built into it. Lynne’s voice is very soothing as she guides your mind. It’s literally like having a personal trainer for the soul.
A healthy person takes care of both mind and body and I am realizing what a difference it makes to have a positive, calm outlook on life. Our minds have a lot of power over our bodies. Visit www.omgmeditate.com for more information and give the app a try. It is free to download and try and premium memberships are also available.

I’ve heard of several apps that help you meditate. I’m not good with meditation, but for the most part, I’m not alone to do it and when I am, I fall asleep. LOL. Great giveaway.
I have never tried meditation but I know many people who do and it helps them a lot. It’s a great way to stay calm and focused.
I always try to mediate right before bed. This is definitely something I’m interested in.
I need to give this a try. I’m pretty stressed as of late and I’m pretty sure this would help plenty!
I need to try this because I do experience heart palpitations due to stress. Being pregnant with my fifth child…well, I can really use a break. ;)
I haven’t really ever done real meditation. Just breathing exercises in yoga. The app sounds really interesting!
I need to learn how to meditate. I get myself all stressed out over things.
This is a cool thing. I don’t meditate as often as I should.
I’m glad you found something that works for you. I have never sat down and done anything like this.
My daughter is big into meditation. I haven’t tried it tooo much. This app sounds like it would help though.
