After completing week three on the Nutrisystem plan, I’m already reaping the benefits of a healthier me. Other than feeling much more healthy and in control, I am starting to notice the physical changes as well. My gut has been slowly melting away and my flat stomach is coming back.
My major aha moment this week was when I was able to slip on the jeans comfortably. I had been avoiding them for weeks, because they had become way too painful to wear and now suddenly, they are comfortable again. I feel like I am getting back to being me. Jeans and a tee has always been my uniform.
I’ve grown bored of many diet plans before, but it’s hard to be bored on Nutrisystem. There is such a variety with the food, that I’m treated to a different type of cuisine every day. And since Nutrisystem has been adding new foods each week, I have even more to look forward to.

And I am so excited about the buttered popcorn. It’s one snack I have really missed while on the plan!
I haven’t lost this week, but I am so happy I did not gain! If you recall, last week I had been sick, so I am so pleased that I managed to maintain that 4 1/2 lb. loss, even though I wasn’t 100% on plan this week. For week four, I’m going to get back to eating my salads and add exercise.
