It feels strange to say that I’ve been on Nutrisystem for a month and a half now. That’s a long time, but it doesn’t feel that way. It doesn’t feel like a struggle as most other diets-of-the-past have.
When you’re encouraged to eat such yummy things on a diet program, it’s hard to feel deprived or frustrated. I think for me, that’s the major difference in why Nutrisystem is working. Here is one of my favorite Nutrisystem days.
Breakfast – Ham and Cheese Omelet
Lunch – Chicken Fajita Melt
Dinner – Chicken Tortilla Soup
Dessert – Thin Mint Crisp Bar
Jealous much? It’s not all I get to eat either. There are add ins with every main meal and midday snack time too. I get to eat a lot of great food.
This is my story this week. I realized that it wasn’t really the flu that was plaguing me. I had in fact caught Emma’s bacterial infection, one that is very flu-like. I don’t think I have ever been so sick in my life, and it goes without saying that the Nutrisystem diet has not been my focus in recent days. This week I ate fattening chocolate brownies, lasagna and more. I was pretty prepared for the embarrassing news I’d be telling you today.
So here goes…
What? You thought I was going to tell you I gained? I actually can’t believe I didn’t, and between that and the warmer weather outside, I am extremely motivated to stick to the plan and earn that Nutribear next week!
I’d love you to join the Nutrisystem Nation right along with me. The rollback sales event is still available and you can join at 2003 prices for a limited time. Follow the link or call 1-888-853-4689.
By participating in the Nutrisystem Nation Blogger Program I am being provided with the program and food at no cost to me.
