It’s Saturday, just a few days past my usual Wednesday weigh-in. It’s been a rough week. My daughter has been sick since Monday, then got a double ear infection/conjunctivitis combo, and now I’m sick with the Flu (with a capital F). Today, I’m starting to feel a little better so I thought it was a good day for a recap, better late than never.
The last week-and-a-half presented other challenges, too. We did a lot of eating on Superbowl Sunday, which for me meant a lot of unhealthy snacking. I cooked yummy food the entire weekend because we had guests from out of town, so that whole weekend was kind of shot.
All you need to get started is your height, weight and date of birth to get your BMI or Body Mass Index. You can even have the app remind you to check in as your weight changes. It’s another great tool to assist you in your weight loss journey.
