Like many others, I’m on a health and wellness journey. I hate to call it a resolution because usually those things are broken by now, but I’ve just begun. This new commitment to getting healthy is fueled by my 40th birthday which is just a few short months away.
My goals this year are to get fit, drop a few pounds and simply be the healthiest I can be. It’s amazing how just a few changes can transform how you feel. Changing old habits is never easy, so if you’re working hard on the new you, you deserve some new gear to keep you motivated!
New You, New Gear
Asics

This lightweight women's running shoe is super comfy and sure to help you achieve your fitness goals. The GEL-KAYANO® 25 features FLYTEFOAM® technology with organic super fibers that resist compression and provide stability. The signature GEL® technology minimizes impact and protects your joints. Seamless materials and construction techniques keep runners free from pressure points or chafing, while carefully dispersed eyelets allow for more even pressure distribution over the lacing, to give a custom-fit feel. The shoe's sleek design features an internal elastic sleeve that fits snugly around your foot like a sock, with a knit upper inspired by the belt of a traditional Japanese kimono. These shoes will give you the energy and stability you need to run further every time. To top it all off, they're super cute! $160 | Asics

I love the produce bags. I don’t use produce bags in the grocery store because I avoid single use plastic. But the checkers always give me the stink eye because they have to round up all the individual items to get them to stay on the scale. These would be great to fix that problem.
This is a great list! I started my fitness journey recently and realized I need to get a few new things to keep me motivated. Thanks for sharing!
Those shoes are so very cute. I definitely need to replace mine!

What a fab list! I am going to get into fitness this year and want to start training so these are great ideas for me to add to my must have kit list!
I got some new fitness equipment this year. I am all set and ready. I need a new waterbottle though.
I need to get some of those produce bags for when I go hiking. They would be great to carry all sorts of things, not just snacks.
It’s a great idea to update and buy new gears this year! I think I’ll be needing the Asics shoes.
Now those are some amazing pieces of workout gear! I love those socks, shoes and the compact towels. Perfect gear to get started!
