Each morning, Ryan and I stumble down the stairs to commence our daily routine. He heads straight for the fridge to wait for his morning bottle, some days more eagerly than others. I can relate, because I feel the same way about my coffee. My day can’t even start before my first cup of steaming hot coffee.
I hand him the bottle and while I wait for my Keurig to warm up, I make Emma her chocolate milk so she can pick it up from the counter and join us when she rises. Once I have my coffee in hand, Ryan and I sit together in the family room and enjoy our drinks. The first cup is always the best, and I love enjoying it with my little people.
Somehow, I’ve become a morning person. I love that time sitting with my babies and easing into the day with them. The day just isn’t right without it and it’s a long drive to pre-school drop-off when we accidentally sleep in and miss it.
Coffee is one of my favorite things, and like with other favorite things I also like to share it with friends. It’s the first thing I offer to moms when we have guests over for an afternoon play date. Because after my morning coffee with the kids, my afternoon coffee break is my second favorite way to connect with friends.
We shopped for Peppermint Mocha at Walmart the other day. I’ve seen the flavor in my grocery store, but the price for a large bottle was way cheaper at Walmart.
This is my go to brand for creamer, but I’m not a huge fan of peppermint in my coffee. Now my ice cream is a different story…
This sounds great to use during the holidays. My beverages could use a little pick me up!

Another thing I’m going to have to get at Walmart. I love your coffee mug, it look like a little flower planter! I love Mocha and candy canes so this should be good. I love my hazelnut creamer but it’s time to try some new creamers. Thanks for sharing :)
