Nelle & Lizzy – Review + Giveaway

Lizzy had a very simple request; To have the names of her three boys imprinted on a triple band of sterling silver rings. When no jeweler thought it possible, she approached her friend and jewelry designer, Nelle. Together they got to work on simple, classic and meaningful custom rings that any mother would love. Once their designs were perfected, Nelle & Lizzy was officially launched.

Nelle & Lizzy sent me a ring that a customer returned due to sizing issues so that I could evaluate the quality and presentation. First off, the packaging is as elegant as the jewelry that was inside. The craft box is simple and understated, with a beautifully-tied Nelle & Lizzy branded ribbon around it. Inside, dried lavendar provides a bed for your jewelry, which is both fragrant and eco-friendly. That was a lovely little surprise.

The sterling silver band I received to evaluate is etched with the name “Samuel”. I’m not a fan of the cutesy-personalized jewelry out there, so I was taken by the sophistication of this Nelle & Lizzy beauty. You can choose up to 12 characters per band, making the rings great to commemorize a special date, wedding or a loved one’s name. The sky is the limit. I think I might be dropping a few hints to my husband leading up to our five-year anniversary coming this May!
In 2008, Nelle & Lizzy began to offer earrings, bracelets, necklaces and charms as a result of many customer requests.
