Hi I have a work dilemma for you. I have to choose between two jobs. One job is with a small company that hasn’t made a name for itself yet, and from what I hear the boss is difficult to get along with. The other job is with a big company that is well established, and the boss is very supportive, the only thing is that I would have to work closely alongside my ex. I think the second job is by far the better career choice, but I worry about the consequences of working with my ex. There is actually a third option, which is with another small company that is stagnant, and the last time I worked there I didn’t like it. What should I do?
