You have to check out My Precious Peach. This shop is filled with cute plushies for kids of all ages. Just perfect to cuddle up with when reading a bedtime story! The person responsible for these darling little dolls is Anne, who lives in Virginia with her husband and 9-month-old son. She started making stuffed animals to add to her son’s toy collection and she hasn’t been able to stop ever since! Most of the plushies available in Anne’s shop were designed herself. Anne is also a painter, and has a degree in Art Education.
In this post I’ve featured Sam the Fish, made with denim and ribbon, and Emory Jr. the Elephant who was made with a soft cable knit fabric. These little plushies are too cute for words.Anne sent Emma the cutest little star plushie. When I opened the package, I was amazed at the quality, and check out the tag. Even the tag is sewn–I am a sucker for great packaging! I love that it will help me teach my daughter about shapes and colors. And it’s something I don’t mind her putting in her mouth! If you’ve been reading my posts, you know I am paranoid about lead paint and cheaply made toys. These plushies are neither, and with Christmas coming, they make a great and inexpensive gift for a child you know.
