We’re lucky in that we haven’t had to worry about dietary restrictions in our family so I’ve never been concerned with shopping for gluten-free foods.  Over the past year though, I have been shopping more and more in the organic department.

I’ve heard a lot of buzz around gluten-free snacks for kids with special dietary needs and I was curious to see what such treats tasted like.  So when MI-DEL contacted me about trying their gluten free cookies of course I said yes.

These cookies rock! They really taste no different from any other type of snap-cookie.  They’re crisp and crunchy, full of flavor and all natural ingredients and they’re low in fat.  Plus, there are no trans fats or artificial yuckiness.
