There have been a lot of firsts for Emma in her two years.  The first time she laughed, her first step, the first successful potty trip.  But yesterday I was reminded that there are many more exciting firsts to experience with my little girl, despite the fact that she seems to be growing up so fast.  Yeterday was the first day she actually played a game with me, it was the MEGA Bloks Domino Build Game.

This game teaches colors, numbers, animals, matching and motor skills.  It can be played with only two players, and up to four.  Each player becomes one of the four animals – a lion, elephany, giraffe or polar bear.  The object is to build your animal, but you can only do that if you make a match from the pile of tiles.

Emma loves playing with MEGA Bloks, so I knew she’d love this game.  She couldn’t get enough of it.  Every time I went to put it away after thinking we were done playing, she brought it back out.

Children ages 3-6 years will enjoy playing this game with their parents, and I daresay the parents will have fun too!  The MEGA Bloks Domino Build Game is only $10.99 and includes free shipping!

Emma didn’t exactly follow the rules, but that didn’t stop her from really enjoying the game and all of its parts!  I like that it’s more than just a matching game, this is one of those truly fun and educational games.
