Mason Jar Blender Giveaway!

By Heather

PB-350-largeNothing says summer relaxation like a cool drink served up mason jar style. Mason jars are all the rage right now for that very reason. Smoothies are pretty popular too. What if you could combine the two? It just so happens that you now can with the personal Mason Jar Blender.

The Personal Blender by Tribest is America’s first Single-serving blender. It’s available in several different configurations that vary based on the attachments included. I received the mason jar blender version which includes:

• Personal Blender Motor Base –  110V

• one Blending Blade Assembly

• one Grinding Blade Assembly

• one 16 oz BPA Free Blending Container

• one 8 oz BPA Free Grinding Container

• two Lids

• one Mason Jar Attachment

• one Commuter Sipping Lid

• one 16oz Glass Drinking Mug

• one 12oz Glass Mason Jar

• one 8oz Glass Mason Jar

• one 4oz Glass Mason Jar

• three Mason Jar Lids with Bands

• one Plastic Mason Jar Lid

With this machine, you can blend and serve all in the same cup which means minimal cleanup. I have a high-end blender upstairs so I was curious to see how this one would compare. The plan is to use this blender in our basement kitchen for drinks and dips/salsas when entertaining guests.

I added about a cup of watermelon to the 160z container and topped it with ice. It did struggle with the ice at first but once I shook it up and added some water it blended up nicely. I’m thinking that I should have added the ice first with this blender so that the liquidy watermelon would be closest to the blade. Once done, I added the sipping lid which is a fantastic added feature for traveling.

A separate attachment is required in order to connect the mason jar to the blending assembly. I love that you get a lot of options with this package but I wish there was at least one more mason jar included. I suppose we can just purchase separately though! If you like canning or just making fresh salsas, you will love this blender. It’s easy to make a jar, top with a cover and leave it in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy or give away the entire jar as a gift.
