Mally Beauty Makeup Review and Give Away

By Jennifer

site-logo

I have to admit, i’m pretty low-maintenance when it comes to makeup.   Don’t get me wrong, I love getting all dolled up – I just don’t have the time or energy these days to do so, let alone go shopping for the perfect shades.

Luckily, I was sent these goodies from Mally Beauty and they’re perfect! Not only are they convenient kits to obtain some serious style, the packaging is so chic.

How does one get that goddess-like glow in the middle of the winter?

Mally Beauty has a trick – try using a bronzer that is 1-2 shades darker than your natural skin tone, like this Mally Beauty Believable Bronzer ($40).  Apply it to the following areas: concentrate on the perimeter of your face and start behind the ear, working down along the jawline. Then, go across the top of the forehead (along the hairline). Lightly sweep across the forehead, bridge of the nose, cheeks, and tip of the chin. To prevent your face from looking “muddy” or “dirty”, make sure that you also apply a great pink blush on the apples of the cheeks, and a sweep of highlighter on the tops of the cheekbones.

This proves that a smokey eye doesn’t have to be just gray or black – play with color! The hottest color this year – Emerald – is just the trick. I’m a brunette, but think this set would be amazing on anyone!  Use this Mally Beauty City Chick Smokey Eye Kit in Central Park ($40) and follow the palette that includes all of the steps to creating an intense smokey eye.

All Mally Beauty products can be found on Mallybeauty.com and QVC.com. Also – check out Mally Beauty on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

One lucky reader will win the Chic Smokey Eye Kit and the Believable Bronzer from Mally Beauty! (Ends 3/13)
