Made in the USA: Banish soggy cereal with the Obol (Review & Giveaway)

By Heather

Winner – Lisa L.

Lots of things get shipped to my doorstep each week, and many times my husband is less impressed than I by many things.  He can be much more discriminating, and hard to please.  So I’ve been determined to present him with an item he too would be impressed by.  Finally, I found something he loves – the Obol.

obolwithcerealI love it too.  Since I was a kid, I always hated eating cereal with milk because I am a slow eater and could never finish before the cereal became all soggy.  I’ve never been a fan of mush.

Here’s how it works.  The Obol has two sections.  The lower half holds the milk, and in the upper section you place the dry cereal.  When you’re ready to take your next few bites, you just pull the dry cereal down.  This is the most clever invention I’ve seen and it may even turn me into a cereal eater again.

The bonus here is that this is not just a bowl for cereal.  It’s also perfect for milk and cookies, ice cream and toppings, chips and salsa, soup and crackers, the list can go on and on.

Perhaps the best part?  The Obol is Made in the USA!
