Entertain With Libby’s Fruits and Vegetables (Pottery Barn Antler Platter Giveaway)

By Heather

Prizing and gift provided by the sponsor.

The holidays are over and it’s a new year. You’d think that the festivities would calm down a bit but not for us. We have many reasons to celebrate in 2014 and there are still a few winter holidays and events in the pipeline. Needless to say, I’m not putting away the serving dishes anytime soon.

In winter, it’s not always easy to find the fruits and vegetables you want fresh at the market. That’s when I turn to canned versions like from Libby’s® Fruits & Vegetables. Not only does this remove a few steps to make the process easier but Libby’s can help you save some coin too.

For Thanksgiving, I used Libby’s fruit to dress up my cheesecake without all of the extra work. At Christmas, I purchased Libby’s fruit to go with our ham and I got nothing but compliments from the meal. But for our more casual events coming up, I wanted to branch out find some new things to make.

Peachy BBQ Pork Sliders 2 065

These sweet and spicy peach BBQ pork sliders would be perfect for a Superbowl party. You can check out all of the great recipes on the Libby’s website, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
