Lavanila Deodorant Review

By Jennifer

Lavanila-Logo[5]During this pregnancy I have been very aware of the products I use – toothpaste, face cream, wash and deodorant, it’s just amazing how many mystery ingredients all of my daily products contain.  I was on a mission to find natural products that still worked, while I quickly learned was not necessarily an easy feat.

Lavanila is one of the brands of deodorant that works.  A clinical-strength deodorant that is 100 percent natural, safe, and effective, the Healthy Deodorant uses beta-glucan technology to effectively fight odor while soothing, conditioning, and strengthening the skin. It goes on clean, with no sticky wetness, and delivers long-lasting, luxurious results.

It comes in scents of Pure Vanilla, Vanilla Coconut, Vanilla Grapefruit, Vanilla Passionfruit, Vanilla Blackberry and Vanilla Lavender.  Mini deodorants are $8.00 (.9oz) and regular size deodorants are $14.00 (2oz).

I was able to try out the Pure Vanilla mini deodorant:

Instead of trying to figure out how to read the crazy labels found on most beauty products nowadays, here are some things that Lavanila products are formulated WITHOUT:
– Parabens
– Sulfates
– Synthetic Dyes
– Petro-Chemicals
– Phthalates

Lucky for us, they have a ton of other healthy beauty products for body, sun protection and baby.  Check out their entire collection online.

You can purchase Lavanila products at their website or at stores such as Sephora and Whole Foods.

Samples were received for review purposes.

I have sensitive skin, so this sounds like it would be great for me.
