Whenever my husband has asked what I want for a holiday/birthday/mother’s day I usually give him the same answer: You can’t go wrong with jewelry, specifically diamonds.
But for whatever reason, he avoids going the jewelry route. I’m not sure what it is. Maybe he’s scarred by the memories of sorting through many Princess Cut Engagement Rings until he found the right one for the proposal. Because when he shops for diamonds, he’s pretty thorough and wants to make sure every last detail is just right.
So for my push present, misterm you have my permission to shop for a Ritani anniversary band…

I did already get a lovely early gift from the people at Kranich’s. The knot pendant necklace which features a .15 carat diamond pendant set in sterling silver on an 18 inch long chain. Even though the diamond itself is pretty small, it’s set in a way to give the illusion that is larger than it really is. This also helps to keep the price down.
