I was just thinking about how I needed to change up my routine when it comes to entertaining friends. Typically I serve the same things, and it’s becoming a bit boring. Then I received an email asking if I’d like to try John Wm. Macy CheeseSticks. We love snacks, and this is something we haven’t yet tried.
When the package arrived at my doorstep, I wasn’t quite prepared with the number of different varieties that were sent. These twice-baked snacks are crafted by artisans from fresh sourdough, aged cheeses and hand-picked seasonings. There are not only CheeseSticks but also SweetSticks that would go great with my morning coffee.
Of all of the different boxes that were sent for us to try, I liked the CheeseCrisps the best. They make a great snack right out of the box but are also great with a topping and served to guests as an appetizer. I will be serving the CheeseSticks with my traditional cheese and fruit platter the next time we have company, and the SweetSticks as an after-dinner complement to dessert.
