Our oldest child is getting less and less finicky with her food every year, and for that I grateful. She is starting to try new foods and eat or at least try what I make for the adults. My son is only five and still navigating his way through that picky eater stage. One food that the entire family likes to eat is pizza. I like to make my own from time to time, but between schoolwork, sports, scouts and family functions this time of year, I don’t have time to make it from scratch.
We’re a big sports-minded family. The kids so far have played soccer, basketball, baseball and softball and before we know it my son will be playing football too. We love to support our town’s sports teams and cheer on our friends. Right now, Tony’s is giving you a chance to win $3,000 in cash prizes and hundreds of Walmart gift cards – what a great way to support your community!
Being able to grab a pre-made pizza from the freezer and pop it in the oven for dinner is a real time saver for me. It’s a money-saver too because pizzeria takeout is not cheap! Today I picked up a couple of Tony’s Pizzeria Style Pizzas. I enjoy pepperoni and the rest of the family enjoys cheese pizza, so I got one Tony’s® Pizzeria Style Cheese Pizza and one Tony’s® Pizzeria Style Pepperoni Pizza.
Reading the box I saw that Tony’s Pizza is made with 100% real mozzarella cheese and tastes like it’s straight from the pizzeria, so we couldn’t wait to try it! Yum. Did I mention I love pizza? Know what else I love? Saving money. Log in to Ibotta and enjoy a $1.00 rebate on the purchase of two Tony’s pizzas!
On our pizza night, I decided to make this delicious Italian Antipasto Salad. Nothing pairs with pizza better than a crisp crunchy salad filled with our favorite veggies, meats and cheese. This is a hearty salad and so pretty too – I love the combination of colors almost as much as the flavors.
What’s great here is that you can pick and choose exactly what you want to add to your salad. You might opt for marinated mushrooms or olives or a different type of meat or cheese. Add what your family enjoys, and have fun creating your delicious antipasto salad.
