Before all of this Covid-19 business, we were crazy busy up in here. We were in the thick of it between sports practices and games, scouts, piano, and other events and commitments. Life sure has changed in the past 30 days, and we will get back to all of that. Now is the time to experiment with things maybe we didn’t have the time for before, and I am falling for my instant pot all over again.
When this invisible enemy is a thing of the past, we’ll need easy dinners so that we can fit in all of the things and feed our families in the short window of time we have available to eat! I am not a planner, so I love that this device allows me to cook frozen meat in minutes.
In the past, I mainly used my Instant Pot (this is the one I own) for three things: hard-boiled eggs, rice and bone broth. There is so much more it can do, as you will see below.
Soups and Stews
Old Fashioned Beef and Vegetable Soup
Hearty Meals
Garlic Lemon Chicken and Potatoes
Breakfast
Chocolate Cherry Steel Cut Oats

I like that we can make whole meals in instant pot starting from breakfast to dinner. These are amazing collection. I will pin it for later use.

I’ve been collecting instant pot recipes for a while now, but I still don’t have the actual appliance. I have one in my shopping cart though.
