As you may know, I’m in my third trimester of pregnancy. And I’ve been sick too many times to count. I’ve never had a great digestive system to begin with and in the past I’ve had to have an endoscopy procedure to investigate, resolve the problems and heal, which involves avoiding certain foods and taking strong medications. No fun.
After checking with my doctors, I began a digestive care regimen to try and improve my overall health and to keep things moving. Because those pre-natals, while they’re great for the baby, wreak havoc on my digestive system.
I ordered the 4X Pro-B supplements right from Costco’s website. Costco is one of my favorite stores, because I’m always discovering great products at phenomenal prices each time I visit the store.
I know you’re impressed that I’m an Executive Member at Costco. But seriously, I think this proves how much I love shopping there. Armed with my card and my AmEx, I was ready to place my order. This was first time placing an online Costco.com order for anything to be delivered directly to my home. Of course, I took some time to browse the bargain area and probably spent just as much time looking around as I do when I’m at the brick-and-mortar store (minus the yummy samples). This is how it went down. My order was delivered within a few days – very speedy.
Now recently I caught the stomach virus from my daughter. Apparently it’s been going around a lot at school and in our area. Talk about a double whammy. Before I became sick I had started taking the 4X Pro-B, and then my system got thrown for a loop as it always does (I tend to catch this at least once every winter). So things are just now starting to get back to normal and I feel like I’m reversing the effects of that darn virus.
You just feel better when you can go without any struggle, and the Costco probiotic, along with eating fiber-rich foods…
…drinking lots of water and some exercise is helping me maintain a healthy digestive system.
Okay, I don’t do this while pregnant but I am definitely getting a workout chasing this energetic girl around!

Oh, I remember those days. When I was pregnant with my third son I was in a perpetual state of exhaustion. Being pregnant for the third time cured me of ever wanting any other child! Hang in there!
