I do a decent amount of shopping online for several reasons, mainly convenience. It’s no fun schlepping both kids to and from the store. And you can’t put a price on having the ability to comparison shop with or without pants.
With all of the things going on in my life, I sometimes forget the steps I used to take before making online purchases. So this post is as much about reminding myself as it is to inform you all about Rakuten. If you are not using Rakuten yet, run over and sign up for an account. You will thank me later!
How to get free cash back with Rakuten
In a nutshell, it’s an easy way to get cash back from stores you already shop with. Just by clicking through Rakuten before you check out. It doesn’t get much easier than that, folks!
How is this possible? Rakuten makes a percentage for referring you to participating sites, and they pass on some of the savings to you. I love that they actually send you a rebate check unlike other cash back sites where you earn gift cards. Participating stores and percentages change daily so check the site for the most up to date information.
Do you have any other great online shopping tips?
