When you think of Omega 3 Fatty Acids, what comes to mind?  When I hear the term, I think of seafood.  While we love to eat fish, we don’t cook a whole lot of it at home.  Horizon Organic lowfat Chocolate Milk with DHA Omega-3 not only strengthens bones, but it’s also great for heart, brain and eye health.  
I enjoyed a glass of this milk last night and it was a real treat.  The chocolate taste is smooth and creamy and it made for a nice after-dinner sweet, but without the guilt of cookies or ice cream.  After all, it’s milk and does a body good.   But what of the DHA Omega-3’s?
